Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining products or services, handling customer queries, following up with interested prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling will also be considered.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries and sales objections professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and prospects.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Update call and follow-up details in the CRM/system.




- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order-related activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the sales process is completed.

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Robust convincing and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
