Position: Inside Sales Executive – Construction Equipment & Payment Recovery

Job Objective

The primary responsibility of this position is to generate and convert B2B sales opportunities for Tacenda construction equipment, while also supporting payment recovery and receivable management from customers.

The candidate will handle:

Lead Generation → Calling → Quotation → Follow-up → Order → Payment Follow-up → Collection Coordination → Repeat Business

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling.
- Contact builders, contractors, developers, construction companies and rental companies.
- Handle IndiaMART and TradeIndia enquiries.
- Qualify customer requirements and project details.
- Prepare and send quotations.
- Follow up on quotations until order closure.
- Develop new customers and repeat business.
- Maintain daily sales pipeline and follow-up records.

2. Payment Recovery & Receivable Management





- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Maintain customer-wise outstanding payment records.
- Contact customers before and after payment due dates.
- Send payment reminders through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Executive regarding outstanding invoices.
- Maintain a Payment Follow-up Tracker.
- Obtain committed payment dates from customers.
- Follow up on committed payment dates.
- Escalate overdue/high-value payments to management.
- Coordinate with customers regarding invoice, PO, delivery and documentation issues affecting payment.
- Support recovery of rental, sales, service, AMC and spare-parts receivables.
- Maintain proper communication records for every payment follow-up.

3. Customer Relationship

- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Understand customer concerns regarding payment and delivery.
- Coordinate internally with Accounts, Service, Production and Management.
- Identify opportunities for repeat sales, rental, AMC and service.
