Job Overview & Requirements
- Role: Picker / Packer (Warehouse & Quick-Commerce Logistics)
- Key Responsibilities: Picking grocery and retail products from dark store shelves using handheld devices/scanners, packing items safely, sorting by delivery routes, and managing inventory.
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month + ESI + PF.
- Migrant Bonus 5000
- Referral Bonus 1500-2000
- Joining Bonus 1500-3000
- Education Requirement: Minimum 10th pass (or below 10th for select dark store listings).
- Age Limit: Generally 18 to 30/ years.
- Shifts: Rotational, afternoon, and night shifts.
