Job SummaryThe Organic World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to support daily store operations. The candidate should have experience in retail stores, robust customer service skills, and the ability to maintain store standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers and provide excellent service.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Replenish shelves and ensure product availability.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Check product expiry dates and stock quality.
- Support inventory counting and stock management.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Store Managers for daily operations.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery stores.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends.
- QualificationPUC / Any Graduate.
- Experience in retail operations preferred.
