- Site Supervisor – Key ResponsibilitiesDaily site supervision and labour management.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
- Coordinate carpenters, contractors, vendors and other workers.
- Check site measurements before execution.
- Monitor furniture installation, alignment, finishing and quality.
- Manage site material, storage and wastage.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Report site issues, material requirements and delays to the office.
- Coordinate with client for day-to-day site requirements.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness and discipline.
- Prepare daily progress reports with site photos.
- Prepare and close snag list before project handover.
