HIRING: F&B; SERVICE TRAINER

? Position: Food & Beverage Service Trainer

? Experience: 5+ years

? Qualification: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a relevant field

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or QSR industry.

- Solid practical experience in Food & Beverage Service.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in training or teaching Food & Beverage Service.

- Ability to conduct both classroom-based and practical training.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to train candidates in professional grooming, guest handling, and hospitality etiquette.

- Practical knowledge of restaurant operations, table setup, food and beverage service, order taking, billing, and customer service.

- Knowledge of beverage service and barista operations will be an advantage.

- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and candidate assessments.

- Experience working with trainees or candidates from skill-development programs will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Deliver theoretical and practical training in Food & Beverage Service.

- Demonstrate restaurant operations and table-service procedures.

- Train candidates in guest handling and customer service.

- Train candidates in food and beverage service and beverage preparation.

- Develop candidates’ communication skills, grooming standards, and workplace etiquette.

- Conduct practical assessments and maintain accurate training records.

- Support candidates during On-the-Job Training (OJT).

- Ensure training is delivered in accordance with the approved curriculum and industry standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

✅ Background in the hotel, restaurant, or QSR industry

✅ Experience as a hospitality trainer

✅ Certification in Food & Beverage Service

✅ Experience with skill-development, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, or NSDC training programs

✅ Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Odia
