- Recommend cakes, pastries, breads, snacks, and beverages based on customer requirements.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, card payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain proper display of bakery products, ensuring shelves and counters remain clean, attractive, and well-stocked.
- Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items from display.
- Pack cakes and bakery items carefully for takeaway and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and production team for order availability and customer special requests.
- Record daily sales, customer orders,



and stock movement as instructed by management.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the sales area according to food safety guidelines.
- Assist in receiving stock and arranging products in the store.
- Promote ongoing offers, festival specials, and loyalty or discount schemes to increase sales.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor when required.
- Support home delivery and online order operations when needed.
- Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bakery business.
