Job Title: CNC/ FITTER

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in welding, fitting, and assembly of metal components as per technical drawings and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding methods as required.
- Fit, assemble, and fabricate metal structures and components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Measure, cut, grind, and shape metal parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect materials, components, and welding quality to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and welding symbols.
- Operate machinery such as drills, grinders, cutting torches, and bending machines.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and secure work environment.




- Collaborate with supervisors and other technicians for smooth project execution.
- Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Welder or Fitter in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Strong understanding of measurement tools (vernier, tape, micrometer).
- Positive physical stamina and ability to handle heavy tools and equipment.
- Certification in welding (preferred but not mandatory).
