? Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.

* Provide detailed product information and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.

* Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

* Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, seasonal promotions, and current product launches.

* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products.

* Maintain a positive relationship with customers and encourage repeat visits.

* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.





* Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and presentation of the sales area.

* Support day-to-day store operations and maintain a well-organized retail environment.

* Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth customer service and store operations.

? Eligibility

* **Minimum Education:** 12th Pass

* **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* **English:** Basic English communication

* **Age:** 18–30 years

* **Gender:** Both Male & Female candidates are eligible.
