Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-focused individuals who want to build a long-term career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing candidates through job portals and databases
- Screening resumes as per client requirements
- Conducting telephonic interviews
- Shortlisting suitable profiles for clients
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and database
- Regular follow-ups with candidates
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment cycle

Eligibility Criteria:





- Graduate / Final Year Students
- Freshers welcome
- Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Genuine interest in building a career in HR & Recruitment
