# Job Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.

* Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

* Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries.

* Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer details.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.

* Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.

* Follow company policies and maintain qualified communication.

### Candidate Requirements





* Good communication skills in **English + Kannada/Hindi** or relevant regional language.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

* Freshers can apply; BPO/telecalling experience is an advantage.

* Minimum qualification: **10th / 12th / Graduate**.
