Hiring: Sales Team Leader – Credit Card

? Location: Noida, Sector 15 ?

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month in-hand + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with a strong background in Credit Card Sales, preferably from DSA, BPO, BFSI, or Outsourcing environments.

- Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of credit card sales executives.
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets and ensure team performance.
- Handle sales operations in a DSA/BPO/outsourcing setup.
- Manage team productivity, attendance, performance, and conversions.
- Provide regular coaching and guidance to team members.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and overall sales performance.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales executives as required.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.




- Candidate Requirements:2–5 years of experience in Credit Card/Loan/Banking sales.
- Prior Team Leader experience in DSA, BPO, BFSI, or outsourcing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of outsourced sales processes and team handling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Candidates who can build and manage a sales team will be preferred.
