CHERIESPACES LLP is currently producing the first space of Cassis Cafe and Intentional Dining.
Cassis is a creative culinary space in Mumbai that reflects our perspective on food, drinks and hospitality.The food combines French techniques, Mediterranean influences and local and seasonal produce.
Cassis has two expressions. The café is our everyday interpretation of the food, while the supper club gives us more room to experiment, build menus around ideas and offer a more immersive experience.
We are looking for who can express creativity and initiative consistently while displaying their ability to be punctual, working under pressure and genuine curiosity.
