Job Discription
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines and equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues.
Maintain motors, pumps, sensors, conveyors, panels, machines, and other equipment.
Conduct regular inspection of machines to identify potential faults.
Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment with minimum downtime.
Use tools and measuring instruments such as multimeter, tester, and basic hand tools.
Replace faulty electrical and mechanical components when required.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.
Follow maintenance schedules, SOPs, 5S, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Qualification:
ITI , Diploma
