About the Role

Goyal Commercial Co., a supplier of electrical products, is looking for a Project Sales Executive to develop project and institutional business. The candidate should have existing relationships with builders, purchase managers, electrical contractors, interior designers, architects and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify sales opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
- Visit project sites and meet builders, purchasers, contractors, architects, interior designers and other decision-makers.
- Generate enquiries, understand requirements and coordinate quotations with the office team.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate within company guidelines and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate order fulfilment, delivery and payment collection.
- Maintain solid customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Keep records of visits,



leads and follow-ups, and work towards agreed sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Sales experience in the electrical or sanitary industry preferred.
- Existing relationships with builders, purchasers, contractors, interior designers, architects, institutions and related project customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and project-site meetings.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to follow up consistently.
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp, email, Excel or CRM tools.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability, plus commission on sales. Commission terms will be discussed during the interview.
