We are looking for an experienced Retail HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations across our supermarket stores, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, training, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and manpower planning for all stores.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, and productivity.
- Conduct employee training and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with store managers and management to meet HR targets.
