- Job ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for overdue payments through calls, messages, and field visits.
- Recover outstanding dues as per company policies.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
- Track overdue accounts and update collection records.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Identify high-risk and long-pending accounts and escalate cases to management.
- Maintain skilled relationships with customers.
- Follow company policies and applicable legal guidelines during recovery activities.
- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.




- Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Field collection experience is an advantage.
- QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or graduate, depending on company requirements.
- Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, loan recovery, or collections is preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly recovery amount.
- Collection efficiency.
- Number of overdue accounts resolved.
- Promise-to-pay conversion rate.
- Accuracy of collection reports.
