- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for visa and immigration services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain visa services, eligibility criteria, and basic documentation requirements to clients.
- Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments for counselling.
- Maintain client databases, call records, and follow-up details.
- Convert potential leads into appointments and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for smooth client handling.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi,



and Punjabi.
- Confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally over the phone.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
