About Cosma Fertility

Cosma Fertility is an IIT Bombay-incubated women's healthcare startup based in Noida, developing science-backed, non-hormonal fertility support solutions. We work with doctors and patients to make fertility care more accessible.

The OpportunityWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Female Sales Executive who can turn patient enquiries into meaningful conversations, consultation bookings, and sales. If you have robust convincing skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are motivated by targets, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

- Lead Conversion: Contact and convert leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta ads, website enquiries, and doctor referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Understand patient requirements and guide them towards appropriate consultations with our medical team.
- Drive Sales: Generate consultation bookings, lab bookings, and FertiGen product sales.
- Smart Follow-ups: Follow up consistently with interested leads and ensure no potential patient is missed.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records, call updates, pipeline stages, and follow-up reminders.
- Patient Coordination:



Work closely with the Sales & Operations Manager and medical team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, bookings, and sales.

What We’re Looking For:

- Female candidates with 6 months–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, or customer conversion.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to close sales, not just make calls.
- Confidence in handling customer queries and managing follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication skills preferred.
- Empathy, professionalism, and discretion while handling sensitive fertility-related conversations.
