Key Responsibilities
- Job Analysis: Work with hiring managers to understand team needs and write transparent job descriptions.
- Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and run structured candidate interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Keep candidates updated throughout the process to ensure a positive impression of the company.
- Offers & Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and handle onboarding steps.
- Data & Compliance: Track hiring metrics, manage records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
