-Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities between clients, development teams, and management.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate projects from planning to delivery.
- Track project progress, timelines, tasks, and client feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies to attract new clients.
- Promote and market the company’s IT services through online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for proposals and project plans.
- Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.




- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare regular project and business development updates for management.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in project coordination, business development, sales, or a related role.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and project development.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition is an advantage.
- Proactive approach with positive problem-solving and negotiation skills.
