Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC turning programming and machine operation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, tooling selection, and machining processes.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing and modifying CNC programs, operating CNC turning machines, selecting appropriate cutting tools, and ensuring precision and quality in machined components.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, modify, and optimize CNC programs for CNC turning operations.
- Operate CNC turning machines and ensure smooth machining operations.
- Set up machines, select tools, and set machining parameters as per component requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and component dimensions.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and fixtures based on machining requirements.
- Understand cutting speeds, feed rates, depth of cut, and other machining parameters.
- Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, and machine adjustments.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.




- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Identify and troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and reduce material/tool wastage.
- Maintain quality standards and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- RequirementsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Programmer.
- Strong knowledge of CNC turning programming.
- Practical experience in operating CNC turning machines.
- Good knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and tooling selection.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of machining parameters, tool offsets, and work offsets.
- Understanding of precision machining and dimensional inspection.
- Ability to troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues.
