### Key Responsibilities

* Generate and develop business through **architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project clients**.

* Identify new project opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

* Promote Kohler’s premium bathroom, sanitaryware, and related product portfolio.

* Handle project enquiries, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

* Coordinate with internal sales and project teams for quotations, product availability, and order execution.

* Conduct regular market visits and project follow-ups to achieve business targets.

* Maintain a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.





* Track competitor activities, market trends, and new project developments.

* Ensure timely follow-up with clients from enquiry to order closure.

### Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline; **MBA/Sales/Marketing** preferred.

* Experience in **project sales / B2B sales / architectural sales / building material / sanitaryware / bath fittings / interior products** preferred.

* Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

* Good knowledge of the local market and project ecosystem.

* Target-oriented with positive negotiation and follow-up skills.

* Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.
