About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and creative individuals who are interested in building a career in the insurance industry and are also interested in digital content creation.

As a Relationship Manager, you will handle customer leads, understand customer requirements, explain suitable insurance solutions, manage the complete sales process, and close appointments. You will also contribute to our YouTube channel by participating in video creation and script writing related to insurance and financial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on assigned customer leads.

- Contact prospective customers through calls and messages.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

- Explain product features, benefits, and available options to customers.

- Convince and guide customers professionally.

- Schedule and close customer appointments.

- Handle the complete process from lead handling to appointment closure.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

YouTube & Content Creation Responsibilities

- Participate in creating videos for our YouTube channel.

- Assist in writing simple, engaging scripts on insurance and financial awareness topics.





- Research basic insurance-related topics and convert them into easy-to-understand content.

- Participate in video shoots when required.

- Share creative ideas for YouTube Shorts, videos, and social media content.

- Work with the team to create informative and engaging financial content.

Requirements

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong interest in the insurance and financial services industry.

- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

- Interest in video creation, content creation, or script writing.

- Comfortable appearing in videos or participating in content creation.

- Basic computer and social media knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
