Kinnow is looking for a smart, hardworking, and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in HSR Layout.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in learning, enjoys working with food, and wants to grow with a young and growing food company. You will get hands-on exposure to different meals, food preparation processes, kitchen operations, and our standardized recipes.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to continuously learn, improve their skills, and take on greater responsibilities over time.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and assemble meals as per recipe cards and kitchen SOPs
- Learn and prepare current meals and recipes as part of our rotating menu
- Perform ingredient washing, cutting, chopping, portioning, and preparation
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation
- Assist with daily food production and ensure meals are ready on time
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with packing, order preparation, and dispatch when required




- Follow kitchen processes and work efficiently during high-volume hours
- Support senior kitchen team members and take ownership of assigned tasks
