Job Description: Momos Maker & Stall Sales StaffJob Responsibilities:

1. Daily Momos Preparation: Prepare fresh momos every day while maintaining proper hygiene and food quality.
2. Raw Material Procurement: Purchase and arrange all the necessary ingredients and supplies required for making momos.
3. Food Preparation: Prepare and arrange the momos properly to ensure they are fresh and ready for sale.
4. Stall Operations: Set up and manage the momos stall during working hours.
5. Customer Service: Cook or steam the momos fresh, serve them properly to customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Sales & Handling: Handle customer orders, manage sales, and maintain cleanliness at the stall.
7. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area and at the stall.

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM daily.

Required Skills:

- Experience in making momos is preferred.
- Ability to prepare fresh and tasty momos.
- Basic customer service and sales skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness.
