We are hiring Male Telecallers for a Collections role in Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore.

- Role: Telecaller – Collections

- Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore

- Gender: Male candidates only

- Salary: ₹25,000 + ₹3,000 Variable

- DRA Certificate: Mandatory

- Work Mode: Work from Office

- Timings:

? 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

? 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

(Rotational shift)

? What will you work on?

- Make calls to customers.

- Communicate with customers and understand their payment status.

- Follow up with customers for outstanding dues.

- Explain payment-related information clearly and professionally.

- Maintain accurate customer and call records.

- Follow the company's collection process and guidelines.

? What are we looking for?

- DRA Certificate is mandatory.

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

? Work Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore
