Position: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, sales, and team-management skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets.

- Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads and ensure effective follow-ups and conversions.
- Guide team members in client handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor individual and team performance regularly.
- Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Develop sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their sales performance.




- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies and processes.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of the Pune real estate market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
