We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage online marketing campaigns, improve brand visibility, generate leads, and increase website and app engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation, and online advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote company services, websites, and mobile applications.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Create engaging content, captions, promotional posts, reels, and campaign creatives.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads, traffic, and app installs.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising dashboards.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and the business development team.




- Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend strategies to improve results.
- Required SkillsHands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of keyword research, website optimization, and lead generation.
- Positive communication, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Practical experience in promoting websites, mobile applications, and service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in organic marketing, local SEO, and app promotion is preferred.
