We compare 20+ banks and lenders, negotiate the best terms, and stay with the client until the deal is done. No sales pressure and no hidden fees.

What you'll do:

- Be the first voice clients hear: answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from people who have asked us for advice.

- Understand each client's needs in the first conversation (amount, timeline, location, profile) and book them a consultation with our advisors.

- Respond quickly. We aim to reach every current enquiry within minutes.

- Keep every conversation and outcome updated in our CRM.

- Follow up on missed calls and messages so that no client slips through.

What we're looking for:





- 2+ years of experience in inbound calling, customer support or client-facing sales.

- Fluent spoken and written English, plus Hindi.

- Clear, warm and professional on the phone and on WhatsApp.

- Organised: you log everything and never leave a client waiting.

- Experience in banking, loans, insurance, wealth management or real estate is a plus.

Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday off). Work from office, Goregaon East.

Salary: Rs 30,000 to 40,000 per month fixed.
