Job Role

Drive General Insurance business* across GMC, GPA, Keyman Insurance, Fire, Marine, Property, Cattle/Pet, and allied insurance products, with focus on business growth, client acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and convert corporate and commercial insurance leads across the relevant product portfolio.

* Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, bankers, brokers, advisors, and channel partners.

* Coordinate with bankers, insurers, underwriting, operations, and claims teams for smooth policy processing.

* Understand client risk requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions, quotations, and coverage options.

* Manage the complete cycle from lead generation, quotation, proposal, underwriting, documentation to policy issuance and renewal.





* Develop new corporate accounts and expand the banker, broker, advisor, and channel-partner network.

* Manage renewals, client servicing, claims coordination, pipeline, and MIS.

Performance Criteria

* Achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

* Consistent premium generation, revenue contribution, and target achievement.

* New corporate client acquisition and business conversion.

* Current banker, broker, advisor, and channel-partner acquisition and activation.

* Renewal/retention performance and quality of business.

* Case turnaround time, documentation accuracy, client servicing, and timely MIS reporting.
