Role Highlights

As a Retails Sales Executive at NUVA Nutrition, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience in our outlet by supporting store operations, assisting customers, and maintaining a high standard of service.

- Customer Service & Assistance: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- POS Operations & Billing:



Accurately handle point-of-sale systems for smooth transactions and billing processes.
- Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves are stocked with fresh products and that stock is properly displayed.
- Store Upkeep & Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, creating an inviting environment for customers.
- Inventory Management Support: Assist with inventory control and ensure that stock levels are accurately tracked.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in retail sales, cashiering, or related roles (experience in FMCG, wellness, or pharma stores is preferred).

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- High accuracy in handling cash, billing systems, and transactions.
- A service-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
