About the Role

Rise Realty is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, generate business opportunities, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market and proven experience in managing sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.

- Generate and manage leads through various channels.

- Handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.

- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor team performance, sales activities, and conversion ratios.

- Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation and sales activities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.





- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

- Stay updated with current real estate projects, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Ensure professional communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales profile.

- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida real estate market will be an advantage.

- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

- Strong client-handling and closing skills.

- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
