We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with robust hands-on accounting knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in accounting operations, taxation, and financial record management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software, and day-to-day accounting activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries, books of accounts, and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST-related activities, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-2A reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and vendors for payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, expenses, and cash transactions.
- Prepare accounting reports, statements, and Excel-based MIS reports.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Assist with monthly closing, stock reconciliation, and other accounting activities.




- Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
- Good command of MS Excel, including formulas, data management, and reporting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation procedures.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and payment follow-ups.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Must have practical accounting experience and be comfortable handling daily accounts independently.
- Should be responsible, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
