About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Inventory / Dispatch Team Leader to manage production work.The person will also manage the inventory team and make sure orders are completed correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain proper stock of Materials

* Supervise order picking, packing, and checking.

* Coordinate dispatches with courier partners, local transport, and drivers.

* Guide and manage Inventory Executives and helpers.

* Prepare dispatch schedules and inward/outward stock reports.

* Check and report any stock differences.

* Make sure orders are completed correctly and dispatched on time.

Required Skills:

* Experience in warehouse and dispatch work.

* Good knowledge of Excel/CRM.

* Valuable knowledge of raw-material stock management.

* Good organizational and reporting skills.]
