About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. This role is ideal for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and are passionate about building a career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads received through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other sources.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers with the sales team.

• Follow up regularly with prospects to maintain engagement and improve conversions.

• Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status accurately in the CRM system.





• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure prompt responses to all enquiries.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.

• Prepare and share periodic reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s).

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
