- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Department.
- Understand job requirements from department heads and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through *Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, social media and other recruitment platforms*.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations and job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with relevant department managers.
- Follow up with candidates from selection until joining.
