- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build solid customer relationships.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.




- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English is an advantage.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computers, and CRM tools.
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify genuine buyers.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Prior experience in real estate telecalling, property sales, or lead generation is an added advantage.
