Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Cook who can prepare tandoori dishes, naan, roti, kebabs, and other items while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and taste consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tandoori items, naan, roti, kebabs, and related dishes.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor safely.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
- Manage food preparation as per customer orders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Tandoor Cook preferred.
- Knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
