Job OverviewWe are looking for motivated and confident Academic Counselors to connect with prospective students, understand their learning requirements, explain our educational programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective students through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Explain the academy's courses, curriculum, and program details.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Handle inquiries and resolve basic course-related questions.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records.
- Assist students throughout the enrollment and admission process.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and enrollment reports.
- Coordinate with the team leader to achieve assigned performance targets.




- Maintain professional communication with prospective students.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counseling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confidence in handling calls and follow-ups.
- Willingness to learn about stock market education.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a target-oriented approach.
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Graduates and final-year students available for full time work may apply.
- Candidates with sales, telecalling, admission counseling, or customer service experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market is an advantage.
