Directoo is hiring Sales Managers for field sales in Hyderabad. This is a field-based role where you will spend most of your time meeting prospects and clients in person.

Key responsibilities:

Visit prospects and clients in your assigned Hyderabad territory to generate recent business

Pitch Directoo's products and services and close sales to meet monthly targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals

Identify new leads and market opportunities through field visits and local networking

Follow up on leads, negotiate and finalise deals

Keep daily visit, lead and sales records up to date and report progress to the management

Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Requirements:





Minimum 1 year of sales experience (field sales preferred)

Comfortable with travelling and working in the field most of the day

Good communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred

Knowledge of Hyderabad locations and local languages is an advantage

Fixed salary of Rs 30,000 - 35,000 per month plus attractive incentives
