Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller with valuable communication skills to contact potential and existing customers, explain our products or services, answer queries, and follow up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer enquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
- Identify customer needs and share relevant information.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Meet assigned calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.

Requirements:

- Good communication and listening skills.
- A polite, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work toward targets.
- Previous telecalling or customer-service experience is preferred; freshers may also apply.
