Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Field Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for our rapidly expanding retail stores and warehouses. You will step out into the field to source, screen, and hire customer-centric store staff, cashier teams, and warehouse warehouse associates. Key Responsibilities

- On-the-Ground Sourcing: Visit local markets, competitor hubs, and community centres to proactively source frontline retail talent.
- Mass Hiring Events: Organize and host job fairs, open houses, and walk-in interview drives to meet rapid store expansion targets.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Screen applicants,



conduct face-to-face interviews, manage onboarding, and build a steady talent pipeline.
- Store Partnerships: Work closely with Store Managers to map out, anticipate, and fulfill weekly manpower needs.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 1–3+ years of field recruiting experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, or the hospitality sector.
- Mobility: Ready to travel up to 70–80% locally within your assigned territory.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to speak the local regional language fluently.
- Mindset: High-energy self-starter who understands retail shifts, store operations, and high-volume timelines.
