Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Client Service Executive to manage client interactions, address client queries, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive client experience. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally.
- Respond to client queries and provide appropriate information regarding services.
- Follow up with existing clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the legal team to provide case-related updates, as authorized.
- Maintain accurate client records, call logs, and follow-up details.
- Address client concerns and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and records.

Requirements





- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage calls, follow-ups, and client records efficiently.
- Professional attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in customer service, client servicing, customer support, or telecalling is preferred.
- Experience handling client queries and follow-ups will be an added advantage.
