- Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily branch operations.
- Handle and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Manage Demat and Trading Account openings.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and prepare reports.
- RequirementsAny Degree / MBA preferred.
- Experience in Banking, Stockbroking, or Financial Services.
- Valuable leadership and communication skills.
- Stock market knowledge preferred.
- Kannada and English communication skills.
