About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and proactive Field / Delivery Executive to manage D2C deliveries and product pickups across Delhi NCR. The role involves ensuring timely one-day deliveries, collecting products from customers or designated locations, coordinating with the internal operations team, and maintaining a smooth customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesExecute same-day and next-day deliveries of customer orders across Delhi NCR, as per assigned delivery timelines.
- Handle product pickups from customers, stores, and other designated locations.
- Ensure protected handling and transportation of products, particularly electronic devices and refurbished products.
- Verify product details, order information, and pickup documentation before completing each task.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, operations, and customer support teams for delivery and pickup schedules.
- Obtain customer confirmation, proof of delivery, and pickup acknowledgements wherever required.
- Update delivery status, pickup records, and order details accurately in the designated system.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.
- Plan efficient routes to complete assigned deliveries and pickups on time.
- Report failed deliveries, customer unavailability, product discrepancies, or operational issues promptly.




- Follow company policies and procedures for product security, customer verification, and handling of cash or documents, wherever applicable.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, field operations, e-commerce, or D2C operations.
- Must have a valid driving licence and a personal two-wheeler.
- Must be familiar with Delhi NCR routes, including Gurugram, Delhi, and Noida.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic delivery applications.
- Valuable communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of managing multiple deliveries and pickups.
- Ability to handle electronic products carefully and maintain proper documentation.
