We are looking for Freshers & Experienced candidates to join our Personal Loan Sales Team! ?

? Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month

? Plus: Attractive Performance Incentives

? Role: Outbound Calling & Personal Loan Sales

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided data.

Handle customer inquiries and explain personal loan options.

Follow up with interested customers.

Convert leads into successful loan applications.

Achieve monthly targets and earn incentives.

Job Details:

? Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

? Sunday: Weekly Off

Training & Assessment:

Selected candidates will have an initial training/assessment period of up to 6 days, depending on experience.

The training period is unpaid. This gives you an opportunity to understand the work and see whether you are comfortable with the role, while the company can also assess your performance and suitability.

After successful completion, joining formalities will be completed.
