ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a confident, responsible, and professional Telecaller who can communicate effectively with customers, parties, drivers, vendors, and other business contacts. The role requires consistent calling, timely follow-ups, accurate record maintenance, and smooth coordination with the internal team. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Make outbound calls to customers, parties, drivers, business leads, and other assigned contacts. • Follow up regularly on enquiries, pending requirements, customer responses, and assigned cases until closure. • Explain company services clearly and professionally over calls and WhatsApp. • Handle incoming calls and basic customer or business queries politely and professionally. • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow-ups, pending cases, and important customer information. • Update contact details and call status in company records, CRM, Excel sheets, or other systems provided. • Coordinate with operations, management, and other departments whenever internal action is required. • Share important feedback, complaints, urgent requirements,



or unresolved issues with the concerned team promptly. • Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and task-completion targets assigned by management. • Maintain confidentiality of customer, driver, vendor, and company information at all times. • Follow company processes, reporting requirements, communication standards, and workplace discipline. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Good verbal communication skills and confidence in speaking with different types of customers and business contacts. • Comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the working day. • Hindi and Telugu communication preferred; basic English communication required. • Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records using Excel, WhatsApp, email, or company systems. • Strong follow-up, coordination, and task-completion skills. • Punctual, disciplined, responsible, and professional in behaviour and communication. • Freshers with positive communication skills may apply; relevant telecalling or customer-handling
