- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive customer acquisition for Kotak 811 savings accounts and other banking products.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new Field Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and account-opening numbers.
- Conduct field visits and support team members in achieving targets.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and quality account opening.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
