- Job ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates through field activities and local outreach.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews.
- Assist candidates with the onboarding process.
- Build candidate networks and maintain recruitment records.
- Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets.
- RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Telugu speaking is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Comfortable with field work and traveling within Hyderabad.
